Project Brief: 

Continuing our regular relationship with Talkmobile, we were asked to work on a free standing display unit (FSDU), that would increase their in-store presence and drive incremental sales to Carphone Warehouse customers.

Our Approach: 

There were two aspects of the brief we wanted to consider: the creative execution, and 'stand out' approach to the unit giving it impact within the stores. We also considered how to get a range of products on display, getting customers to interact with the stand and to increase their product footfall within the store.

Results: 

Faced with a tight deadline, we created a single facing display unit, divided into 12 compartments, with a header panel area for key messaging. We also designed two further POS elements to complete the unit; a set of 'block out' display panels and dummy boxes, which both featured deal information and creative for the Pay As You Go offering.

With the unit being built in this way, it meant that it was easy to update during its time in-store. The header panel, 'block out' panels and dummy boxes were able to be replaced in a cost effective way, without the whole unit being reproduced, saving cost and production time.
