Visiting the studio over the next month may be a strange experience, almost like walking into the The Blue Oyster Bar in Police Academy 1, 2, 3, and 4. Just without the leather and cheesy music (depending if Karl gets hold of the iPod).

After launching our pledge to help charities to the world of the internet I got chatting with an old friend who has given up her day job to get involved with a great cause 'Freefall Heroes'.

The aim of this project is to select ten wounded service men or women and through a combination of wind tunnel training and in air training, teach them to skydive solo.

I was thinking the other day about a charity I support, www.careinternational.org.uk Care International UK and was wondering if the money I donate every month is actually making a difference. It’s easy to fill in a form and not miss a few quid leave your account every month but actually doing something to help is totally different!
