Improving our client services - Big Berther

Here at Creativitea* we are always trying to improve our clients experience when they work with us; this is how we learn and hopefully retain business.

A recent example of how we implement client feedback is the new addition to the studio, our very own professional grade graphics and photography printer. Client’s have often mentioned to us how they can’t always do they reactive, local marketing due to the cost of printing odd numbers of posters and materials so we decided to help and bring it in-house.

We have had ‘Big Berther’ as it’s affectionately known as in the studio a few weeks now and we have now helped clients with internal celebrations and major POS (Point of sale) work, which they wouldn’t of been able to do (as I write this the end of a 120 A1 Poster job is finishing off it run).

So if you need a few posters doing or you want some of your photographs printed for your home, give us a shout and we are happy to send samples out and give any advice you may need.
